Bethany interviews Karen Brits, who came to New England by way of Texas, England and she’s originally from South Africa. You’ll love hearing her accent! She talks about how moving strips away your identity and reputation, and how it takes time to develop friendships in New England. Karen shares how she felt called to reach out to local moms, and began a first time moms group, and then a stay and play group.She has a passion for discipling women and has been in relationship with many women over the years. Karen talks about the transition process of letting your children go and how its good and necessary but still a grieving process. Karen also talks about transitioning into a season of rest and handing the ministry baton and raising up the next generation of leaders. This is a great episode that leaves you inspired to run your race in all seasons of life!
